Eigentlich sollte der Workshop in Polen stattfinden, und ukrainische, polnische und deutsche Jugendliche sollten sich dabei kennenlernen, aber es kam alles ganz anders. Die ukrainischen Behörden brauchten länger, vor allem die deutsche Botschaft, die Jugendlichen würden ihr Visa bekommen, nur halt ein bischen später, nach dem Workshop. Dann können sie für ein paar Tage ganz offiziell durch Berlin laufen und shoppen gehen, wenn sie Geld haben.

Also fand der Workshop komplett mit Jugendlichen aus Deutschland statt: Zwei Afrikaner,ein Russe, ein paar Deutsche. Und was sie vereinigte: Sie hatten alle keine Ausbildung. Also fast alle diese Grundstimmung von "Versteh ich nicht, interessiert mich nicht, also langweilt mich." "Bitte legt eure Handies weg!" Erst einmal Feuer machen. Dieser Raum hat einen Kohleofen. Remix: Die Erzählung eines alten Banyanmärchens von den Solomon Islands von Clinton Kiko Zinihite hat es den Teilnehmern besonders angetan. Wir entwickeln ein Schattenspiel mit Scherenschnittfiguren, eine Fotoreihe, ein kurzes Video und einige Animationsclips. Jean Paul Forests "Invisible Pigs" wird als Animationsvideo interpretiert. Andreas Dettloffs "Tahitian Dance" bekommt Nachwuchs als Mambo-Extase...
