Zum MBO "Mabukrom" Kaufhaus und Pantip Plaza, CDs kaufen. Am Sonntag sind die Läden noch voller als Werktags. Faszinierend dieses unglaubliche Angebot an Computer- und Videokram. Nun kann Clea ihre DVD brennen für ihre Banyan-Installation.
Ich habe mich dazu entschieden, keinen Ausstellungsbeitrag zu zeigen, das Banyan-Project ist momentan eine Präsentation, die Ausstellung findet später statt, in frühestens 1,5 Jahren.
Zurück im Hotel schneide ich einen kurzen Film zusammen aus dem Material der Improvisation in Bali mit der Gamelangruppe und dem dabei verwendeten Video von Laiza aus Tahiti.
Am Abend treffen sich alle noch in der Bar, einem retro-futuristischen Gebäude im Spaceshuttle-Stil. Nett anzuschauen, aber das Publikum scheint mir doch ein bischen bieder. Kein Wunder bei den Preisen.

Now Clea can burn their DVD for their Banyan installation. I decided to show no exhibition contribution the Banyan Project am momentarily a presentation, the exhibition take place later, in at the earliest 1.5 years. Back in the hotel I cut a short film together from the material of the improvisation in Bali with the Gamelangruppe and the video of Laiza from Tahiti, used thereby. In the evening all still meet in that bar, a retro futuristic building in the space shuttle style. Nicely to look at, but the public seems to me nevertheless a bischen conventionally. No miracle with the prices. |
