Am Morgen auf der Suche nach Sangeeta, Videoproducerin am Mediacenter der USP. Treffe stattdessen Christpher Robbins, Multimediaspezialist. Er arbeitet an den Webseiten der USP und erstellt gerade eine Studie zum Stand der Multimedia-Technologie im Pazifikraum. Nebenbei erstellt er sinnfreie interaktive Arbeiten, von denen er eine zum Banyan Project hinzusteuert: Robot art and culture to the 27th century.

Zuguterletzt treffe ich Sangeeta dann doch noch. Sie ist heute Aufnahmeleiterin bei einer Videoaufzeichnung einer Vorlesung. Eigentlich gar keine Zeit für mich. Aber sie kann eine Kopie ihres Filmes nachschicken, direkt zum ICECA Festival nach Bangkok.

Nochmal zu Teweiariki Teaero an der School of Hummanities, Dept. for Education and Psychology. Maler und Lehrer aus Kiribati. Er überreicht mir eine CD mit Abbildungen seiner und einiger studentischer Arbeiten. Originale kann er leider nicht entbehren, da sie mitten in den Vorbereitungen für eine Ausstellung mit gleichzeitiger Herausgabe eines Kataloges sind. Aber ich solle mich einfach später nochmal mit ihm in Verbindung setzen!
